Integrity in a leader requires the ability to accept and convey truth to the staff members, in a positive as well as negative situation. Humility in a leader is a must as a humble person is always respected as they recognize the value and hard work of other team members and encourage them to do better.

A leader is required to evaluate running trends and plan strategies accordingly, which is followed by various departments and people working together to attain corporate targets. Focus and corporation are again vital for a decisive leadership as the emphasis is essential to achieve targeted goals which are still not possible without seeking corporation from the staff.
