One of the most important aspects of running a successful business is ‘Virtuous Leadership.’ The question is ‘how can we define virtuous leadership? Well, the answer can be found by judging the qualities, attributes, and characteristics of the leader. A good leader will have a set of qualities involving ‘Vision,’ ‘Courage,’ ‘Integrity,’ ‘Humility,’ ‘Strategic planning,’ ‘Focus’ and ‘Cooperation.’

Tamer Mitwally said, “Great leaders have a vision, have capabilities to look into the future and have a clear idea of what are business’s potentials needs and best possible options for accomplishing these objectives.” Every leader must commence with a clear, well-defined vision. Courage signifies a leaders’ willingness and ability to evaluate and take decision surpassing risks involved to achieve organizational targets. Integrity in a leader requires the ability to accept and convey truth to the staff members, in a positive as well as negative situation. Humility in a leader is a must as a humble person is always respected as they recognize the value and hard work of other team members and encourage them to do better.

Strategy development and execution is a must for a leader as their profile demands for the same. A leader is required to evaluate running trends and plan strategies accordingly, which is followed by various departments and people working together to attain corporate targets. Focus and corporation are again vital for a decisive leadership as the emphasis is essential to achieve targeted goals which are still not possible without seeking corporation from the staff.

Great leadership comes with great responsibility and involves acceptance of personal responsibility with the ability to focus on finding possible solutions in a worse scenario. Successful leaders possess the ability to balance business foresight, performance, and character. They have vision, courage, integrity, humility and focus along with the ability to plan and execute strategically and drive cooperation amongst team members.
